Often, project announcements are considered the final event in a project timeline. In fact, most of the time the announcement is the trigger of a steady stream of activities to help get the project up and running. Permitting, utility service, drainage, access, required public services are all issues that must be addressed by the community when a project chooses any particular location. LEDC is fortunate to serve as the entity that companies and governments turn to for solutions. LEDC has been working with EPIC piping, Martin Brower and the Hecks’ (two projects: 1 of 3 and Foundation) to establish and connect essential services for their operations. Fortunately, the utility providers, the governmental jurisdictions and the companies have been working to identify needs: coordinate timelines and provide a business friendly environment for these companies while they focus on building their projects.
